Sourcing and Selecting Candidates (HRCI - PHR/SPHR)

The Workforce Planning and Employment: Sourcing and Selecting Candidates course is the 8th of 20 courses developed as part of the Human Resources Certification Program. HR professionals must have a solid understanding of the internal and external recruitment strategies, as well as the most effective sources for qualified applicants.
